Buenas tardes, mi consulta es la siguiente: yo no vote el 10/07 porque actualmente estoy viviendo en Córdoba, así q me diriji a una comisaría para justificar mi ausencia, puedo hacer lo mismo para las del 30/7 y las otras dos restantes? quiero aclarar q mi DNI tiene domicilio en San Martín, Bs.As hace más de 10 años, y aún figuro en los padrones de Capital Federal.
